I was going to uplaod my files as a mod but considering how your mod already does this task and im pretty sure when i checked them you also added the conditional modifiers from each tier to the country_modifiers manually as well. If you didnt my script will be able to help automate that.

I could try write a script for it .... but knowing my skills (lack of them) and my luck then it will fuck more then help XD
IN THEORY should be free of bugs (double checked it) but well there is to many lines of text to be 100% sure

I tried to unlock all conditional modifiers so if some are locked by mission then u get them even before doing it (unless it is modifier is coded in a mission's file, then u need to do mission). In theory only ones that should be locked are Canals mission

About Canals: I just deleted that portion of my mod, so game should use vanilla file for that so if it's still not working .... that ain't because of me. XD
Just remember that you need to start a new game for mod to work.

Thank you my friend. I'm seeing the monuments now. Kinda sucks that I have to restart cause I was having a pretty good game about to hit the 1600s. But it's whatever. Rather have my monuments.
What I love about this mod is that it disables all of the requirements for every monument. Even for different mods. I had been searching for something that would do this for so long until I stumbled upon the Great Monuments Expanded mod and your add-on.

file 01_monument.txt missing bracket in Branderburg gate conditional_modifier:
Hey mate, slight problem with your latest update. It makes a lot of the vanilla monuments disappear.
For example, the Monument in Naples disappears, The University in Cairo disappears, and the Idea Cost monument in Pest (Hungary) disappears.

".\common\great_projects\GME_North_China.txt" still has all "can_use_modifiers_trigger" and "can_upgrade_trigger" set.

btw did any f u guys get double monuments?
coz I just found that my game duplicate some random monuments one with and one without restrictions ......
I don't know why it still doesn't work with Europa Expanded, i think they add their own monuments and that may be why?
Vainilla+GME+GMEafa does work well
but Europa Expanded +GME +GMEafa doesn't seem to work. I guess the Europa Expanded files overwrite the GMEafa ones?
i tried with different loads order but i can't make it work.
That's a shame, but I assume is intended and this is *only* for playing with GME alone?

I was able to load it onto an existing save which had GME active and it seems to be working fine.
