Epic mission. It feels like you are a part of this operation and not just watching it unfold, but trying your best to help your men defend. I love this mission though. It would be really cool if there was a mission for coop with you and a buddy flying together and if one of you dies you can get control of some units and call reinforcements, but the difficulty gets harder due to lack of air support. and then maybe after even losing both planes they could call in air reinforcements when things get desperate. overall this mission is unique to any other on GOH and this has the best air support i've played in a game. Good work!

Thanks for that , but what I want to achieve is still AI controlled aircraft (which can also be switched to player control). This is difficult for me, and I may not be able to finish it this year

Adding controllable planes to conquest is actually quite simple, as it may have been done by others for a long time but not yet released. What I want to solve is the AI control problem of the aircraft, and it is currently under development

You need to remember all the AA position before the plane comes. After taking control of the BF110, shoot down the IL2 first, and then start cleaning up the enemy AA guns. The trick is to fire as far as possible, preferably not too close. If you can't see clearly, you can scroll your mouse wheel up to switch to the 'zoom in' camera, and remember to turn on the "Highlight Silhouettes" button in the upper left corner. That sounds great, but how do you destroy the enemy's AA guns? Anytime I get close to them, they shoot me down!! Is it better to fly low or high? Come from behind perhaps? In this game, the speed of airplane is too slow, so it is easy to be hit by AA. This is unrealistic, but I didn't adjust AA's accuracy. In this mod, you can destroy all the enemy's AA guns before attacking other targets

While flying, how do you avoid being destroyed by the Russian AA? What's the best tactic to avoid enemy AA? Fly high, fly low? Avoidance manoeuvers are useful? I don't know, like not flying straigtht or something? Anytime I come near the Russian AA they shot me down in seconds, even on easy!!

There're only 5 planes in GOH, and only il2 and bf110 can carry bombs. So i chose bf110.
Ammo runs out fast, so you need to save your ammo, make them count. And use the ammo reload(fly back to base) when necessary.
There's a air battle in this mission. If you can keep your planes survive long enough, Soviets will send 3 yak1 to find you. And i don't have time to make one more for now, maybe next year.
German ground forces needs reinforcement, because i want bf110 become their Savior. If bf110 get shot early, mission will be difficult to win. So don't get shot, try to bomb enemy without damage your plane.

I would think it would be cool to fly another plane.

The bf110 ammo runs out fast.

It's fun to play with him.

Could you please do more missions of this type, even involving air battle? It's just amazing. Congratulations.
