how do i use these

I don't remember where I got them, sorry. Also, for Fakester's overdue question... I didn't change the skybox. What I did to achieve this picture, was to load a dark closed map. Look up some of those maps in the workshop.

The lens flare is a photoshop edit, sorta misleading I suppose but nice for final results!

How did you get that lens flare?

It requires the Dota 2 Particle Textures, If it simply doesn't work after installing it. Then I might need to rewrite the whole thing which could take about a month. Make sure you're using it right and other mods aren't conflicting.

does this still work?? do i need to use the regular SFM for this? in SFM2 it doesn't show the create button in the particle editor or w.e so i can't' create this . any idea waht im doing wrong lol.

Yes, you do. Valve doesn't allow their content to be distributed on the workshop unless permission is added.

Do I really need to reinstall the 12 GB DOTA 2 game just to use the particle effects? Isn't there another way?
