Freedom of speech is the right to say what you want, yes. That doesn't mean it's a smart idea. Look, it takes one sentence or illustration to make people absolutely livid. Take the Charlie Hebdo incident for example, that was caused by them making an illustration that made islamitic extremists pissed.
Now, i'm not saying that if you say those kinds of things that you're going to get attacked, but people need to watch what they're saying, it can have some heavy consequences.

Guys. What did the author say at the start of the description. DON'T MAKE 9/11 JOKES. Is it that fucking hard to get it through your dense skull? Not only is it extremely offensive and insulting to the victims and their families, it's just plain rude and uncalled for. It's not "Too soon" either since at no point in time should you joke about horrible tragedies, regardless of their casualties or impact on society. My point: Just fucking stop, okay?
