@Narrator The map requires CS:Source to be mounted on your game for some textures to work, if you own the game simply install it and on Gmod's menu check the bottom right corner to activate the game. If you do not own CS:Source there are alternative methods that are not illegal that can be done by downloading all the contents and placing on Gmod's folder by hand, but i can't help you with the latter. Something else that may* possibly happen to cause such issues comes from having corrupted game files caused by texture mods that replace default textures and so on, you can scan your files to try to fix that on the game's properties panel by right-clicking your game on Steam, i'm just random guessing to see if it helps... @salvicraft es necesario activar las texturas de CS Source en su juego, se no tines el juego en su biblioteca Steam, sera necessario baixar estas texturas de CS Source via internet y poner direto en los arquivos de tu juego, es provavel que tienen tutoriais en youtube relacionado a esto problema.

@zubnort Nav mesh was generated and saved on the map accordingly, but looks like its not included on the map file when someone else downloads it and i cant find a solution, but just to dont leave you in the dark, you can do it by yourself: Load the map, type sv_cheats 1 on the console, and then nav_generate, and to finish it nav_save. I hope this helped.
