@Authorial Intent If you make them as props feel free to release them on the workshop, with Zekiarsu's permission ofc, so I and other players can use them in our cities

The main issue with a prop version is that the frame and glass need to be published as separate props, so the glass wouldn't show up if using BOB to replace the vanilla shelters. I probably won't publish prop versions as a result, but feel free to make some for your own use.

Needs a version with a smashed window, which is unfortunately a common sight.
