Project Highrise has a maximum number of mods that you can subscribe to... I can't remember what it is exactly, but it's surprisingly low. You can find it if you search the game forums. If you're above the max number, you'll probably need to unsubscribe from another mod if you'd like to use this one.

This is why I started packing multiple rooms together into single mods. It's very easy to quickly hit the maximum number.

I don't see this mod in the ingame mod menu :(
