there is exactly one change this mod needs and that is for passions to be able to be factored so a 10 skill zero passion is not prioritized over a 3 skill burning passion because mods like vanilla skills expanded currently conflicts with this due to needing a passion to unlock a special skill as well as mods that modify skill loss based on passions

Been a while since I swung by this mod. I recall me personally dropping it not due to it not working or anything. It works as intended entirely!

For me, while I do prioritize skilled pawns to certain task, and even limit how many pawns focus on certain task. (Which works well with this mod)

I tend to have everyone capable of doing everything to some degree almost. I very rarely entirely exclude pawns from a work task as I set up secondary and third tiers of pawns to take over a task. It may not be their strong suit then but they'll work on it in their spare time and sometimes my work flow and schedules cause one of these second or third tier pawns in a skill grow to be a top tier talent just due to how everything else is going on in the colony.

I also use fluff's tab so I have 1-9 priorities rather than 1-4 helping me set a better gradient of work flow.

okay, how do I get it to re-do? I spawn in, and all 10 of my pawns are stuck at large-quantities of threes. how do I fix? Thanks!

@CTH2004: It should trigger automatically when you add colonists. You can force it simply by opening then closing the settings, I think.
@Gopher: Sliders are rather annoying in RimWorld, I find. Anyway, I don't think Work Tab is used that[/] universally.

quick question: how do I trigger this (make it auto-assing). I have my pawns spawned, but nothing seems to have occured... what do I do to use it?

...sliders. This app needs sliders. Or the ability tab between boxes so I can quickly edit the priorities matrix! So tedious with over 20 jobs to manage! Also, why only 4 priorities? Isn't Fluffy's work tab considered normal enough now?

@Cosmo Corban iirc it only assigns one skill per colonist, if there's enough available. It's been a while since I've used it myself so might be wrong

@Dr. Necromantic 1 I thought about that while making the algorithms (each skill has its own characteristics to determine who's best at it) but that would make it very complex. Without complex calculation It would mean you could have a level 15 miner but a level 1 assigned instead because they've got double passion.

Love the mod, only wish there was a option to tier the blank spots like NRFBToyStore suggested. Also wish you could prioritize people with a passion for that skill.

@Deepfield The entire point of the mod is so it auto adjusts based on needs. 1 is for "don't die", 2 is "priority" and 3 is "everything" else. Could add an option of "fill all empty spots with 4" just for quick manual commands... BUT that's it.

If you want more "tiered" priorities with higher limits to go with Work tab, ummmm, Priority Master let's you go up to 9.
