Just finished a game as Cayuga, their uniques work together really nicely, and their color scheme looks gorgeous. It was a lot of fun to buy the land of my neighbours too. However, I noticed that I always get 3 World Congress Votes when I expend a Hoyaneh instead of 1. I played on a huge map though
