No, as they all use the same map files.
No it's just a map mod.
All I can recommend is deleting your userscript, as it can interfere with the mod manager.
it does not work anymore since last year when they do the small update it destroy so many mods

These factions are in a different location.

I made another mod for RotS with a new map, however I have no plans to make a FotS mod.
I have other mods with fewer regions and factions.

This is a modified version of the 23 region version of this mod. It won't work with This mod as the startpos are different.
