Bro this mod was hard to find. kept getting stuff loosely related to dialogue and stuff the wasnt at all what i was looking for. not till i specifically typed in dialogue timer! this is literally all i care about. lol i dont want to change the context of the dialogue from each companion to make sure it "fits" their character. just want longer timers damn it lol. thanks so much bro!

Thank you for the mod, it was exactly what I was looking for! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work in my game. Are there any conflicts? Or maybe it works only in new game? I have a bunch from LaughingLeader (Bartering Tweaks, Relocated Fort Joy Respec Mirror, LeaderLib, Toggle Sprint, Party Size Evolved) and some Gift Bags. Tested with and without them right at the beginning of Act 2.

@Delicious Exotic Butters, I changed them using the More Character Colors [Definitive Edition] mod on steam and specifically for Sebille, I used the Elven Faces Edits and the Clean Elven Bodies mod from nexusmods.
