Mods broken now unfortunatley, going in sinkholes makes you unable to move items in your inventory.

bug: if you move too fast and the spiders couldn't catch up, they will all despawn (tested with piggyback +walking cane)

Hey can you update mod so sea striders don't eat meat from floor too?

this mod works fine in single player but in multiplayer it keeps crashing the game because of the new update. can you fix this? i really like this mod.

Such a great mod, though it broke just this update (WX) and now it crashes servers at dawn.

as of most recent update (WX-78 rework), crashes servers at dusk.

I don't encounter that phenomenon, btw, I went down and up and down when I planned to go to caves, just to check.

hey this mod is great, but they multiply everytime i go through caves and oh my god my server is blowing up lol we had to use abigail to murder eveything so perhaps thats an issue

Ok for the spider meat eating part, I think you have to restart your game for it to take effect, but i'm not sure
Still a good mod though

Due to the recent hotfix, the mod currently doesn't work with stopping spiders from eating meat off the ground, even if the configuration is selected and applied.
Also its a 50/50 if the spiders will stay after leaving/despawning because one time it worked and the other time it didn't.

Did you enable the configuration options? They're disabled by default.

It didn't stop spiders eating meat off the ground nor make abigail passive toward befriennd spides ->> just tested -> abigail still attacking them

I have 2 mod ideas that will be useful now, after webber rework
1. Friendly spiders dont eat meat from ground, but you still can feed them. (rip first guardian's horn in my world :c )
2. Configure radius of friendly spider dens

The mod still works with the recent update. With this mod, your spiders will be safe when you leave because they will disappear from the world with you. They will also follow you to the caves instead of stay by the sinkhole.
The mod does not apply to death - if you die, your spiders will lose their friendship and you will have to feed them again.

Btw, I was streaming when it happened, if you want to have a look at it... 2nd time (without stream) I saw the spider pop out, so that's why I concluded that's the cause.

Unfortunately, Insight mod seems to disable the normal crash report I'd get on-screen. :/ (I commented on that mod, too.)

I've had plenty spiders (and other stuff) pop out in games without this mod.

I haven't had a problem when a spider spawned from picking a berry bush, Would you be able to provide an error log to help figure out the issue?

The mod's been tested and is fully functional on the latest update, even with the follower change. Said change doesn't make spiders despawn with you - it just makes it so that you re-befriend them if they're near you when you join back in.
I'll look into said mod, but there's no guarantee I'll be able to fix it - I can't think of any part of my mod in particular that would be incompatible with other mods unless the problem is from said other mod. The code for this is deceptively simple.
