1. It's a jab at the transphobes that consider trans people "mistakes of nature", "freaks", and "porn trend followers" that should be "disowned by their parents", "cured", or outright killed . Alas, due to Poe's Law being in full bloom here, such satire often flies over the heads of the more impressionable folk.
