Proposed stats:
+ Preload 3 shots at once rapidly (30% faster reload speed)
+ Hold primary fire to withold shots
+ On primary fire release, three shots in quick succession are fired, each bullet dealing 20% more damage than a single Stock revolver bulet.
- 10% less accurate
- 50% clip size

I see this as being a sort of shotgun for Spy. Each shot does incredible damage, but it's very slow to fire and reload, and only has 3 shots.
