Well, it is the genocide run mod. You don't trigger the Sals Undertale boss fight accidentally. What can I say.
Although in the future I might add a threshold slider so that you can select how many people you needed to kill before fighting Sals Undertale.

Buyer Beware: This mod ruined a Rook run that was on the beginning of day three. I had only killed about 11 people at that point. Sals Undertale is a hidden boss that surprises you in the middle of the map. You can't go back to avoid the fight or heal up. Sal immediately hits you for half your damage. She has 35 evasion :| so you can't do any debuffs or any damage until you attack 35 times. If I had known this was coming I would have turned the mod off before starting built my deck differently. As it was, I was running an item / empty / burn / concentration deck, which is the opposite of a fast deck. If you try to save scum, Sal makes fun of you. If you win and try to kill Sal, she respawns with three helpers. If you kill Sal, she keeps respawning. I'm guessing that there's more than I saw if I kept respawning, but I accidentally died before I could reset and lost my game.
