Pretty cool. My only suggestion would be to make the white some sort of off-white color, since plain white is a bit too jarring without much texture. Other than that, I wouldn't be mad to see this in the game.
You could also try a hexagon or octagon or some other polygon to make the design less stripey when placed on weapons like the sniper rifle, but that's nitpicking. Good job.

dont listen to them, the game is already full of overdesigned rainbow and holiday skins that no one uses. personally I would appreciate some more simple skins like this one. however your images do look low quality so i would recommend you look into that.

I didn't said that I think you use ms paint, I was just saying it looks like its ms paint, but maybe because of your low in-game video settings.

Like other have said, its simple, although not bad, just VERY meh, maybe you could experiment with making it a wavy pattern instead of just being circles and add some faint background shapes behind the wavy lines. Also, something I dont like about the warpaint is the pixelation on the texture itself, what program do you use?

It's a simple pattern, but simple isn't necessarily bad. I like it.

Not gonna lie, first I was thinking this was made by servo (maybe alt acc, who knows?).
I wish I can say something nice about it, but its just too boring, solid black and white contrast too much with the game, idk if its because of your settings or if its because of the texture itself, but it looks like it was made in ms paint on 400x400 (I dont want to say that decent things cant be done in ms paint, all the things I drew were made in ms paint).
This can be something interesting if you put more time into it.

Okay idea, but seems a bit too boring. Try adding variation to the patterns.
