I didn't mute those but there is an addon that does mute that type of NPC separately.

What about the combine and metrocops, those are used for a lot of custom NPCs too

This is my very first workshop mod.
I have created mods for san andreas in the past and i always wanted to create a mod for this too.

This only mutes the grunt pain noises.
Not the flatline.
