This used to work rather well, at least if you took the decision before birth again. Lately, it does not seem to do anything at all, interruped by reloading or not.

@Navarkus, in my experience the mod stops working if you quit and reload at any point while you or your spouse/concubine/lover etc is pregnant. It only starts working again with your next child during one continuous gaming session.

Anything is possible if coded in.

Mod works great until my sons marry and get 40 daughters and 3 sons.

@Bocchi the Rock! did you fix what Epee said ? because i keep double clicking that decision everytime i load,change character etc. to make sure it stays active.

I figured out why this isn't always reliable. Loading the game or changing characters makes it forget that the pregnancy gender was set. It's likely a bug and Paradox hasn't noticed because they only added set_pregnancy_gender for mods. The solution is to use a delay to set it again from the same scope on the last day before the pregnancy ends. Like so:
