On all four of your 1v1 maps, some of your models seem to be missing a few textures. In other words, certain model faces have textures, while other faces are completely black. All the brush textures are packed properly, though, and it should be noted that CS:GO updates have occasionally broken custom content.

Also, the nav mesh is outdated. Fortunately, this can be easily fixed with nav_generate.
