Hmm, I honestly don't remember any tunnels :D But the base is in the north, yes.
When you capture all sectors, you automatically complete the mission successfully. If it doesn't, then you haven't found something.

The easiest way is by helicopter. If I'm not mistaken, there is only one hidden sector on this map. So, I can tell you where it is :)

Hmm, did you play for BLUFOR? You probably didn't find the hidden sector(s). The Vietnamese have sectors hidden from the Americans.
