I love this mod, but I think it needs to be tweaked, personally I would rather something like 10% per second and only once you're out of combat or haven't been attacked for 5 seconds or something, and regeneration needs to be interrupted when attacked or something, otherwise this is way too overpowered because you're constantly healing even in combat.

Is there a way you could make a similar mod that only affects player health, where you can take damage, but if you don't take damage for a few seconds it slowly fills your health? I would try it myself but I spent a half hour or so on Google trying to find out how to make mods for this game but only got results telling me how to add mods to older versions of the game.
