it's pretty simple if you know how to use fading door tool. Well first of all put it on reverse and make it to not stay after pressing a key. You will need 4 ragdolls or 5 for Idle. Just put your ragdoll in the pose you want and do the fading door thing on em. Carefully with duplicating, it may break a bit but it's fixable.
