Hey, I just want to say, I really enjoy this mod. Would it be possible next update for you to make 2 additional squads for Germany, one fallschmjager squad armed mostly with FG-42s (fallsch_fg and fallsch_sl_asst_fg are good breeds for this,) and additionally a small (2-3 man) German AT squad armed with Panzerfausts, not Panzerschrecks? I've made similar squads myself, but it's annoying to re-make them every time the game updates. I figure it'd be a nice addition to your "lightweight" extra content mod, a few extra toys for someone who wants more unit variety in Conquest, but doesn't want to run a monster of a mod like MACE.

Seems like mod is breaking GER vs USA conquest.
There is basically no USA on map as I am playing GER.
Tried on one offensive and defensive mission, then recreated campaign and again nothing on the offense, not a single enemy unit on a map.

for the Mechanized GD Panzer grenadiers, the medic is the front MG gunner so he doesn't dismount with the others, you have to manually dismount him. can you change his position to either dismount with the others or at least assign him as the rear MG gunner so when I do need him the half-track can still provide support fire? thank you for the great mod.

German Conquest Panzer IV technology line by new soldier unit Covered and cannot be upgraded

This will make it impossible to upgrade the technology line of German tanks after Panzer III

Small bug I've noticed is your addition of the Sdkfz 2 (kettenkrad) with a rifleman also changes the engineer variant to the same thing so you lose the engineers :(

A 2 man AT faustpatrone squad for Finland would be a huge asset. Getting all the way to Panzerschrek team on the Finnish tech tree is a real pain, and you get a whole 3 man squad with only one useful AT weapon (the panzerscheck.)

I'm thinking of making a pair of AT soldiers, a more affordable alternative to a squad of AT soldiers that doesn't require opening up level 4 reinforcements

Due to redundancy, I switch your Infantry AT rocket launcher 2 man squad over to be Fallschirmjaers armed with Panzerfaust 60s. I believe in the game code they're referred to as "falsch_4". It's an interesting AT option, when you want to add a little bit of AT capability to an infantry group in a late game squad. I understand if you just delete that squad altogether in the future, but that's an alternative option. So far I'm enjoying playing with them. I also wouldn't mind a faustpatrone armed 2 man AT squad in the future if you get around to making this mod Finland compatible, I haven't quite figured out the game enough to make it myself. Besides, my mod would probably conflict with yours.

Any chance you could update this for the Finland patch? They neglected to add latewar AT guns (pak 36 and pak 38 late) and infantry squads (fallschirmjager with panzerfaust) to conquest. Also, is there any way I could donate to you, do you have a PayPal or something?

Dear author. Universal carier with dshk and sdkfz 251 with dshk has no engine sounds. Perhaps the sound scheme of the units is not registered in the file tank-specifics.inc.

Soldier inventory configuration (for conquest) in
set\breed\mp\<side>\<period>\
for example, a soldier with a bazooka
set\breed\mp\rus\late\antitank_1.set

but since this configuration is not originally in the quest, before adding it to the squad in set\multiplayer\units\conquest\units_rus.set
you need to add the late antitank_1 to set\multiplayer\units\conquest\inf_rus.set
by specifying cost and other parameters there

I'm trying to figure out how to replace the Panzerschreck with the Bazooka (And I think I'd also have to replace the ammunition?) I can't really find the exact file, is it in multiplayer/ units/ conquest? I see a few units which have weapons listed in ext_inf_rus.set, but none labeled anti-tank have panzerschreck listed, most don't have any weapons after the semicolon. If I ever wanted to replace the equipment of a soldier, which file would I modify to do that?

It would be possible to replace one soldier's armament with an m1a1 bazooka, leaving the other soldier's Panzerschreck.
I would not classify the bazooka as a basic weapon, only 1000-1500 were delivered to the USSR, mostly early modifications. According to some reports, they were not transferred to the active troops, because tests showed that they were traumatic for the operator.

Any chance you could have the Soviet rocket AT infantry squad use a bazooka instead of a panzershrek? It'd be nice to have more equipment variety. I don't mind having captured equipment available on the tech tree, but it feels a little weird to have it be the main or only option for a given role.

Oh! Okay okay I understand, I was suggesting since if ever it can be a closer equivalent in terms of firepower to combat the MG-34s/42s the 251s usually carries if ever. But it's fine! I didn't know the dshk conversion was actually real.

technically of course it can be done, but DShK installation has at least some historical references, as opposed to maxim, sg-43 or DT, although technically sg-43 or DT should be easier to install.

I have a question, since there's already an captured sdkfz251 with DShK. Would it be possible to have an additional variant replace the dshk with a maxim or even SG-43? Or even the DT Machine gun.

there is no mechanism in the game for upgrading a unit already purchased, and as I did not set out to change the balance of the game, I am limited to the framework set by the game developers, in which IS-2 1944 costs 35 CP and Tiger B with a late turret costs 40 CP, hence the difference for an early turret upgrade is less than 5 CP, as Tiger B (early) is superior to IS-2 1944, at least according to the game parameters set by the developers

Ok i understand, but in my opinion it would be cool to see both in game but maybe to make the tiger 2 early expenive with the option to cheaply upgrade it to the late version. For example 10fp for the early and 3 for the late (its just a different turret)

Previously, before the game update, Tiger 2 early and late were added by mod, but after adding Tiger 2 late to DC, I felt that the differences between them were not enough to specifically expand the research branch to include Tiger 2 early.

In the mod discription it is said that some vehicles are already vanilla in conquest but i cant see the tiger 2 early for example with or without the mod? do u have any idea whats wrong here ?

I just checked for both sides, artillery strikes are taking place. It is possible that this feature does not work on all maps, although I do not remember such a case. It could also be the result of incompatibility with another mod.
