Found a bug: If you get the transformation, close the game, then continue, you'll get the items again (another fate's reward, eucharist and godhead)

Was arguing with my friend about this just like Kardz. Really glad that this mod is a thing, even though you'll never get all 3 items in one run.

This is awesome! There was a similar mod which gave you an entire transformation with flight upon picking all 3 items up, shame it's no longer working :(
