mozzarella you can just download the mod and go into the game files, you can see every change there and even edit some files if you want

it may take sometime, but for consistency seems fair

the zodiacs in the image you showed, they aren't reskinned in game

...Alright, I looked in the files, and I see that you used an odd shade of red for nearly EVERYTHING that uses red.
While this works for some of these things, it does NOT work for anything blood or flesh related, as the coloration does no longer look like blood to me.

Maybe this was a conscious choice, but it just sticks out like a sore thumb for me...

...Same with the hearts.
And by purple, I meant purple-ish.

Is this gonna be a reoccurring issue...

...Oh, and creep kinda stops looking like blood, and starts looking purple.

So that's not good, me thinks.

Also, this may be just me, but I feel as if giving the Umbilical Cord and Mama Mega items Li'l' Steven and little bomb babies, respectively, makes them a little too cluttered...

Yeh not a fan of Lil' Chad either. Would you consider offering them separately like Viscer?

Only complaints I have are with Lil' Chad and the Lost Soul.
I miss Lil' Chad's big smile on his item sprite, and I kinda like the slight head-tilt that the Lost Soul has got goin' on.

Other than that, great work!
