The folder is not getting loaded for RimOfMadness.Vampires (you are trying to check for kamikoto00.Rimofmadness.Vampires being loaded)

(For 1.3 at least, the mod isnt kamikoto)) but the original jrcell)

well so far it has been usable in 1.2 not shure about 1.3 (because i am currenting wishing to try and continue a game outside of the religus mess that would be 1.3)
