I tested some other math models.
2500 per dev + dev total *500 results in nice numbers.

in comparison for 100 dev province which is very possible for dwarves.
68 million for 8% model
2,7 million for my model
250 k for no additional modifier.

the 8% method starts exploding by dev 70.

It seems to work when I install it, but when I click the "calculate population" button on the event nothing ends up happening. I'm assuming cuz its out of date.

It's a real shame, this mod is really cool and adds a nice rp element. Any plans to update it to the current version?

I think Dwarves are a little bit overrepresented due to the Holds. Populaions for above world races seem very much on point and believable, but then you look at a small Dwarven nation that just has a single deep hold and their population eclipses whole nations.

This doesn't crash anymore :) And interestingly, this actually works on other mods like Voltaire's Nightmare and Extended Timeline

The more province you have, the bigger the calculation. I can will tryand optimize it even more

Is it because of the amount of population? My game just freezes when even scrolling on the event button.

Thank you. The event runs on much larger populations now, but there is still some lag when hovering the cursor above the event option to run the calculation. I think it might be the really long tool tip that appears that is causing the lag.

Cool idea, but there appears to be a limit to how much can be calculated by that event. My country had a population of about 82 million, which was calculated with no issues, but attempting to rerun the calculation via the decision after annexing a few more areas causes the game to freeze.

If I were to guess I'd say that I added 10 to 20 million more people to the empire before trying to recalculate the population, which would push the total past 100 million. Even hovering over the event option to run the calculation causes intense lag. Not sure if it's something that can be fixed or if it's a problem with the game itself.

Either way, great mod. I love seeing the demographics of my empires.
