hmm, try using the Reform addon to this mod, it's linked above - AVR Reforms. I believe IA is meant to use models from that era.

Long term I'm looking to remake AVR from the ground up, but don't hold your breath - I'm busy enough working on DeI and other stuff.

Hello, firstly, thank you for all of your efforts so far on the mod, it is beautiful work. I had a question, if you don't mind. I note that the mod doesn't mention compatibility with the Imperator Augustus campaign. Would you be able to let me know if it is, or plans to be? I started a new campaign as the Iceni and unfortunately my Chieftan has no legs. Thanks in advance! :jawagrin:

Sure, I can help with some questions. It should be much more straightforward in Attila since for R2 I had to import animations from Attila to make it work. Attila should work by default.

Yeah but that's because AVR uses some stuff from AAA, texture files in this case.

Actually there are some .dds file conflicts. AAA Generals loads first by default, so those would be used. Ok? Or should I move yours up?

AFAIK they work well together, AAA modifies generals and AVR modifies agents, so while the mods use some of the same tables, they should be properly fragmented so that they don't overwrite.

I do notice a lot of overlaps with AAA: Generals - Romans (Aging, Advancing, Acclimatising). Can they be used together? Right now AAA is loading first in the load order.

T-pose was only problem for me when trying to use this mod with an existing save. If new campaign is started with this mod loaded it works fine

The T-pose thing is also happening with me. I can just disband them and instantly recruit a new agent and they're fine, but still. It seems to happen with all starting agents as other faction's starting agents do it too.

Yeah the issue with making portraits match is I have to make X different specific looks, because to match portraits you have to make a bunch of corresponding database entries... So X will probably just be 5 unique looks per agent type and faction/group

And concerning some feedback, love your work, i saw that you are working to make them compatible beetween the portrait and the model on the map, it would be wonderful, but I needed to say I love the variety that you implemented, you have to keep that it had so much flaviour to the game and immersion ;)

Should be doable with PFM/RPFM by finding out the UI.png file names and size of those particular .png files, creating a blank .png and naming it after those files.

Really looking forward to it!
I got to say for someone like me who cares about immersion, this mod has very much so increased my enjoyment of the game. The amount of work put in just shows and the quality is amazing. I'm sure there are some but in my about 50 hours with the mod, I actually have not found a single bug.
And about the matching portraits, I agree it would be great having them match. When they sometimes match by accident, it's quite nice to say the least.
