Буду товарищи откровенен, они такой дисбаланс вносят, эти дирижабли. фактически можно всю строительную контору можно на них пересаживать. Да - красиво, да-практично, но-не реалистично. А так модельки конечно очень красивые, слов нет.

I'm sure this was intended on being somewhat of a gimmicky one-off, but can we get some different models? I recently replayed the classic PC game Crimson Skies and realized that those of us who play *really* early (like I tend to start my games in 1919) could set up a diesel-punk Soviet where zeppelins dominate the skies. It would be GLORIOUS.

It can carry cargo, just no vehicles. After you buy or build the Zeppelin there is a button that will convert it to cargo mode.

Could you make a cargo version? I mean if it can carry bombs it can carry goods.

The real difference between a Zeppelin and a blimp is the air pressure inside. Normal air pressure is equal to 1 atmosphere. Inside a blimp the air pressure is higher than the outside air, maybe around 1.1 atmospheres. This high pressure is what allows the blimp to keep it's shape. If you put a hole in a blimp the air will try to rush out and it will deflate like a balloon. With a Zeppelin it is the opposite. The air pressure inside the Zeppelin is lower than the outside air. Might be around 0.9 atmospheres. The ridged skeleton inside the Zeppelin that allows it to keep it's shape. If you put a hole in the Zeppelin the air from outside will try to rush in.

There are accounts of battles between WW1 biplanes and Zeppelins. The planes would shoot the Zeppelin with their machine gun but Zeppelin wouldn't crash. Putting small bullet holes in the Zeppelin didn't really do anything to it. That only causes air to rush inside. It wasn't until they started using incendiary rounds that the planes were able to shoot down the Zeppelins.

Blimps are not rigid. Zeppelins are just a German type of rigid airship.

Great mod. As a good backseating german i must insist to say, it is not a Zeppelin - it is a Blimp :).

Can we perhaps get a variant that can carry vehicles? That would be awesome!

Most people think of Hindenburg or the Graf Zeppelin but those were the last of the Zeppelins from the 1930s. This is 20 years before that so back to WW1 era.

I love it!!! it's wacky, with very clearly a tram duct taped to the underside of a balloon, but I love it!!! XD

but it needs gas. So helicopter landing or take-off is not possible. As a little gimmick ok
