Confirming now the weapon's blueprints can be found in the World's End shop under "Obscure Weaponry" and it seems under the gemwork crafting gui you can see a preview of the weapon.

I'll update the post with a stat screenshot soon my mistake, I have the blueprint and weapon mostly in World's End, but any shop that's considered "Ronin" should carry it. The mod for the cannibal armor is the cannibals expanded mod. (Side note, the stats for the weapon may be off due to a weapon tier mod)

1. Where is it in the base game? Does it have to be crafted?
2. What are its stats? Could you include a screenshot?
3. What mod are you using for that cannibal armor? The paint scheme is fascinating.
