Not sure if you're interested but, I have a full scale model of the Space Colony Ark Observation Room. I can't understand Crowbar or Encoding and I've tried everything. It's the room Tails and Eggman fought in, and where most of the cutscenes in space took place. If you'd like to collaborate to turn it into a map, let me know.

Friends I spent years lamenting the lack of SA2 maps and then finding this having appeared from the ether is unbelievable, amazing work. Clown, could I add you to ask you some questions about this?

Porting it to TF2 will be rather difficult. I mean I could make it a trade map but the hazards would make it difficult to traverse.

I manage to download the assets of the map itself to SFM. This way the GMod map will work but without HDR it just has a glow on everything. But given most of the map is models I can attempt to recreate it in SFM which I am currently doing.

Is there anyway to get this on SFM? I have an idea in mind for this map.

If I had the original .vmf I can probably fix the issue. Same goes for many GMod maps I would like to see ported to SFM.

@Mystic Monkey Not sure on the lighting issue, but you can upload it to the workshop no bother as long as you credit me along with yourself.

I roughly manage to port this map to SFM (I won't upload it without your permit), I just can't bring the HDR over.
It sucks because I have a small something in mind for this map but can't get the lighting.

are going to be doing anymore sa2b maps for Garry's mod sometime soon because there are some maps i would like to play in Garry's mod from sa2b or if you can do some sadx map for Garry's mod once your ready to go back making maps again that would be awesome even though your taking a break from mapping but in the mean time since your taking a break from mapping are you planning on making npc's from sa2/sa2b or sa1/sadx for garry's mod also possibly from sonic heroes/shadow the hedgehog too if you do npc's please because i've been hoping someone can post up more sadx/sa1 and sa2b/sa2 and shadow the hedgehog/sonic heroes stuff for garry's mod maybe the unreleased sonic game sonic xtreme that was going to be on sega saturn also more likely the character models/npc's so can you please let me know if you can do more sonic adx/sa2b maps when your ready to do maps again and if you do npc's please?

This is one of the best maps and it deserves nothing but praise.

can you make a aquatic mines and meteor herb or maybe some sadx maps called twinkle park, casinopolis, windy valley and the egg carrier and hot shelter please? because i want to see what it's like if the other sa2b and sadx map as a sandbox map for garry's mod?

@FalcoUltragon I’m glad you like it. I’ll be taking a break from mapping for a while as this took forever. If I was ever to do an SA2 map again though, it’d probably be Pyramid Race from SA2B. One of my other favourite maps.

Very good nostalgia maps :) I have use it into Source Filmmaker in private (and because I have moved into SFM many years ago but still comeback on Gmods for found somes good maps like this one to use into SFM) and no slow on my Window 7, no error and no missing texture ^^ What do you have planned next Clown Main? Seaside Hill from Sonic Heroes? Aquatic Mine from Sonic Adventure 2? The ARK from Shadow the Hedgehog? The snow level from Sonic 06? Somes levels from Sonic Colors? Or levels from other video games?
