Personally, I love this sapper design, and i think that it should be an actual unique sapper, rather than the normal sapper, this sapper can be turned on and off and will start turned off, allowing the spy to make his getaway and then sap from a safe distance

I love this idea, we need another Sapper. Maybe it could turn the Sentry the opposite direction if it has a Wrangler on it so it ends up shooting the Engineer if he's behind it which is where Engineers usually hide when they Wrangle.

It'd be cool if the sapper could act on dispensers, sentries, and teleporters like capture points. By this I mean, if the sapper is maintained on a building for a long enough time, say 30 seconds, for balance, it could switch the team the building is on, from blue to red and vice versa.
