I get the idea and it's a good one, bbut the colors are saturated. Hope this helps on your future warpaints. Sadly I have to vote no

The squares are too grainy/jagged. I don't know why but it looks like they used a picture of an actual checkers board and pasted it into a warpaint.

I literally exclaimed that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful when I saw your workshop page. Well done.

Like Others, I'd say the brightness could be fixed, more specifically, replace the yellow lines, and make the orange darker, or change the color in general.

It could be worth a try with albedo tint but just make sure you don’t overuse it is easy to abuse since it’s gives a cool effect.

This looks pretty nice, maybe turn down the saturation on the colors but it looks good as it is. Also, I recommend trying out helldriver as the base warpaint for the textures as it adds an albedo tint, it might make it look abit better.
