Any possibility to get a version of this map that doesn't require DLC?

Hi! I just subbed to this map and unsubbed Network Extensions 2 because it conflicts with some of my other mods. To my surprise the map seems to work fine without it? Maybe some roads disappeared that I don't know of, but normally you'd get an error message if that was the case. So maybe you could remove Network Extensions 2 as a required mod, because maybe some people avoid this map because of it. I normally don't sub to maps that require this mod..

Got myself the 81 tiles mod and took back the ocean and created a wasteland with industry. Most fun I've had on a map in a very long time. 10/10 would recommend.
