@alex.lsk.kalinin the issue was that i used the wrong param name in the original build, changing it to enablePopulation from spawn_population in the con works fine. The reason your works for you is because you override the param if statement, doing that would make it always be on. I have updated the mod to use the correct param name (a little while ago) once the new version downloads for you it should work fine. I have tested it extensively locally now and it does work ok for me (after unsubscribing from the workshop version and subscribing again to ensure the latest version is pulled down from the workshop).

Dunno what to say, it works here, tried it in a new game, set up a bus route to a tower block and it all worked fine...

There seems to be no entrance doors on one of them.... Think its block 2. Looks like a concrete wall all the way around it.

Ah spotted an issue with the construction files, i seemed to have different param name locally to what i pushed live! Idiot moment on my behalf, my apologies. Fix for this and tower block 1 are now pushed to the workshop. Thank you for raising the issue.
