the graphite texture looks like a low-res image of tv static stretched out to 10x and appears uncanny. the texture would be better off as a solid dark grey color.
the pencil wood texture is better off as solid wood without those lines in place. the lines look jarring in various rotations.
work on your presentation quality. showcasing your war paint under lowest graphic settings while stretched gives off a very amateur impression. having a potato pc isn't an excuse.
if you aren't improving your work, then all these war paints will be on it's way to the last pages of 'most popular' of the war paint category of the workshop, where all the lowest-rated war paints are rotting at.
I encourage you to not throw "whatever" on the workshop, like some people have been doing. If you want to maximize your chances of getting something in the game, you need to give your best effort.
I would put more thinking into a idea like this because it can potentially be a great idea if more creativity was develop for it, it doesn't even have to be a crazy S-tier master piece. I only expect the bare minimum, and this is below bare minimum.
and you don't have to take my suggestion or criticism, you can upload as much as you want of this, just be ready for butthurt people who can't ignore it.
Sorry for the harsh words, I've never really given anyone bad criticism like this, but I think it needs to be said in order for you to improve. I dont even think this warpaint can be improved with criticism to a standard where its could pass at being added into the game unless you do an idea that other people have most likely already done. It's just straight up bad.
Again, sorry for the harsh words, but I think it needs to be said, as I think theres a difference between real effort with thought put into a warpaint (even if it does look bad) and whatever this warpaint is.
I hope to see you improve
