I use 3 of the 100's on all my storage crates and the trunks of my vehicles. I stop myself from using one on my backpack though, except when I'm unloading the vehicle at home else it would take like 10 trips.
I'm not sure there actually is a limit on how many you can use or which you can use as the 100's seem to work on all containers that I've tried on.

I discovered that to enable a mod in an existing game you have to click load, not continue, then click the game, then more, then choose mods. If you don't do this then many mods won't work. I've just done this and lots of mods I thought didn't work for me now work.

Not working for me. I right click on a pencil in my inventory, no new options appear. I've tried a few mods for increasing container capacity before, none of them have worked, really need something like this.

@Boardikus; you can move the item to a box/storage.

this only adds weight to character not boxes

Get a pencil, and right click on the pencil. It will let you craft these items.
