It's not really boosts, its Personality changes. The cheats it has is there even in vanilla.

I have no idea how to :D Han Empire lacks the data other factions got (which is why unlockers don't unlock them fully).

Actually, Can you set an Army count cap on them? maybe 7 max armies or something. Or if it was tied to how many counties they had or something might make it where they aren't super op. Its really refreshing though to see them do something besides sit there while everyone steam rolls them haha

I really love the idea of this , it works extremely well and I am really glad someone made the Han worthwhile to try to save/conquer. The only issue I have, which I feel is extremely important, is the no cost on Anything buff the Han receives. At turn 80 , even with divided empire mod (southern Han becomes independent factions) the leftover Han is rolling around with 12 full scale Armies conquering everything, which is fantastic if your the emperor but it is way too powerful. I really like this mod and its idea though please don't take this negatively! I just recommend adding costs or setting an army limit.

It only does it for the Han, you can add other mods which boosts up the other factions too if you want to. I got a few such mods and there's also the warlord mod.

Question, is it like that for ALL the AIs? I don't want Han to steam roll through the entire map but I also want them to be a little aggressive considering they practically does nothing but sit and get spanked even in Legendary mode lol. The only thing they're good for is when you capture the emperor and get the Vassal income from them until they meet their eventual doom >_>

its like that in vanilla, you can download my "no rebel cheats" mod to counter it

yup, they get free construction, upkeep, recruitment etc
