Dosn´t work on Western Star. When i set this the Hood will dissapear.

So this mod its making that the hood of my trucks just dissapear

I really love these BUT ....on the W900 these sit too high, like up in the air

Hey, love this mod and what it adds, but due to some change in how the game chassis work, these now float about the hood on the Kenworth W900. Any chance we could get an update, or at least some instructions on how to fix this for ourselves? Thanks!

@Dophlin I've re-discovered my project on making this work with the Cascadia. Basically, I had to modify the Cascadia chassis models, but the end result is it seems to be working (using an older version of your mod that I still had). The downside is you'll have to distribute the replacement chassis with your mod. The upside is my customized chassis supports your mod as well as a few others that didn't used to play together.

I wish I could remember the specifics on how I did this, but it was about a year ago that I did this. I can send you the chassis files if you want.

Can you please update the Western Star 49X? The hood ornament adapter option causes the entire hood to disappear.

Just a heads up, it looks like the Mack Anthem has been updated. It now has a "Hood" and "Ornament" slot with the horns currently still in the "Hood" slot which replaces the whole hood.

Sadly, support for the Freightliner Cascadia has been dropped for now. Haven't found a good solution yet for hooking this mod up.

A new version of this mod is available. I've added support for the Western Star 57x and 5700xe. Also the positioning is fixed on the Kenworth W900.

Love this mod, but as of the last update (1.47) it now is about a foot lower and into the hood instead of on top of it. Doesn't look so cool anymore.

As of this date, for me at least, this mod is great but it dont work on the Cascadia or the 49x. I've already messed with the mod lists and everything like that, still no go. Works great on the other trucks listed though!! Any chance of an update soon??

Hello, I have added support for Harven's Mack R, and DIelingwu's Mack Superliner (based on Harven's Mack R). I also added support for a random Mack F mod I found that I am attempting to update (it works in the current game, but it's not quite up to standards). I can send the files to you to include in future versions or I can attempt to make a patch mod myself, whatever you prefer.

Would it be possible to get a version of adapter on the 2022 Harley Davidson Lonestar [truckymods.io]? It adds its own hood to replace the headlights, but that conflicts with the hood used by this mod. the actual shape of the hood isn't changed.

@Dophlin Looks like SCS updated the Cascadia in the 1.44 update, which broke this mod. Something about the node being moved. Hope that helps you.

This mod works fine with all the trucks except the Cascadia for some reason. The hood ornament spot doesn't show up at all. Tested with a brand new profile, with only this mod. Verified files in steam. Don't know.

how did you get the digital dash for the truck?

Is the 57x gonna be supported yet?

On which truck are you having issues? There's also the possibility that another mod causes the issue.

not working on my 9900i.... it's not giving that ornament option at all....

@Firefighter_Kay, mod should work for the Lonestar and LT (from the original dev). Maybe you were refering to the new 9900i? As of today this truck is also supported.

If I saw that correctly, the two trucks International Lonestar and International LT also need to be updated again.

This is a great mod. Would love to see these for ALL the trucks and would love to see ornaments other than Horns. There was a mod a few years ago that added chrome hood ornaments like skulls, a swan and a "rubber duck" but it was abandoned and no longer works as it is incompatible
