Yeah. I feel ya. I tried making a mod for civ V but it's just such a mess. Everything stops working sometimes for no reason.

another weird thing happened:
after updating this, my scrollbar for leaders in the "setup game" option just vanished
when i disable the mod it reappears.

"provides a library for free" is this flavourtext? because it doesnt give a free library on aquiring through policy
