Shouldn't those get industrial internal garbage storage? I'm looking through modded RCOs as one I'm using was not updated at all and had only small garbage bin so would rise flags when used for demolition, but then it proceeded somehow. No idea how it works.

I'll subscribe, like a good model! What is missing in the game is a factory for the production of wagons... there is a small car factory, but there is no factory for the production of cars...
