sure, you can do the reskin. however, since I was mirroring one side of the texture on the other. you will encounter some problems when it comes to the texts.

Hello, I would like to ask you if I could take the model of this locomotive to make a reskin of a train line in Argentina (Ferrovias y Ferrocarriles Argentinos). I will publish the mod of this reskin but I will not make any profit with it and I will give you all the work and recognition of this.
I love this game very much and I want to make trains in my country too and I want to learn by watching your models that are very cool.

Nice mod and because of the polygon count you didn't have to worry at all (there are locomotive mods here in the workshop that have insane 830.000 Tris and no lods).
The newer UG locomotives that were added with TPF2 also have 40-50k Tris for lod_0. So you can easily add a few more details if you want. But then you'd better make lods.

Hi, thanks for your work, i love the G22, but i have a problem, mine looks transparent, i mean they are there working fine but no image, just transparent, any ideas? By the way, is it posible for you to do a skin of the Argentinian Ferrovias livery G-22?

R0幾乎沒什麼資料啊，而且後來台鐵還大幅改裝，原始細節什麼的很多都不可考了。

因為後來製作700系模型時對新幹線的製作我建立了一新的尺度準則，而更早製作的E5系和N700系不符合那個規則，所以我不會直接搬移，會需要滿大規模的模型更改才會再度發布在第二代上。
