We all gotta accept it, gmod is a weird and old game. We can't fully blame other modders for their work, its mostly the game that makes things hard and unnerving. Though im happy lua isnt very complicated, I am slighlty learning coding by making these types of mods.

yeah idk why it fixed it either. i looked in the coding and it looked all good but for some reason it doesn't like your coding. your packs are awesome but apparently lua seems to give us a hard time xD

Its ok, I just got confused.

But still I don't understand why that fixed the issue. Take my Spetsnaz vox for example, it has multiple lua files and none of them conflict with eachother and works fine. I'm in the verge of losing my mind lol

what i did is i deleted the default and solo and renamed coop with default

I suggest you to load a game with only one operator vox enabled in your addons menu. I know about this bug and its the worst i've come across so far. It will take some time to figuring out whats wrong and fixing it.

oh sorry. if you have all your packs enabled one of them will overwrite the others. for example: you set a model to have this guy's lines (either nzsolo or nzcoop) but you have another pack installed the other one will play no matter which one you choose) it doesn't do this if you choose the default vox pack (nonnz)

Also you didnt tell me in what way nzombies vox was bugged, whats wrong with it? Does it just not work?

The reason solo and coop are different packs is that some sounds are too irrelevant to both packs, for example in solo, when you buy quick revive, the player will express themself with saying they got a self revive. However as you should know that this makes 0 sense in a coop game. Another example is "reviving" sounds. In solo, when you go down with quick revive, you are supposed to play a downed sound right? But no, quick revive doesn't work that way. The line that plays instead is when reviving a player. This is becase the second you go down, you are getting revived magically by quick revive(you can notice in the middle that "(Your name) is reviving you!" To get over this, the lines of code that expressed reviving had to be removed from the solo Lua file.

Separating packs into respective addons would be chaotic for all the operators I made so far, and it wouldnt help but slow down development and updates for them.

what you could do (if you want) is get rid of the "solo" nz lua vox pack and merge default and coopnz together all in one LUA pack.

What I think you are pointing out is a known bug on my side in which there isnt a possible fix for(from my knowledge). The filepaths should be different since all the identifiable stuff are edited separately for each pack I made. If you know further, please give me more information.

i want to point out that the Nzombies support is bugged because each pack uses the same file path. the pack overwrites it when you change them in the playermodel selector. you need to make a path for each character seperatly

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but this really is all I can do best: creating VOX expression packs. However maybe one day, I will try learning how to port.
