This is probably because of the change in blood mechanics, I cannot do anything about that. You will have to revive them manually.

Greetings, I was in the PPG beta and I was spawning the normal troops, they all fell dead as soon as I spawned them. I think this might be a future issue or the contraptions just don't work in beta.
