Getting shot in the leg should do a crap ton of damage. Legs have a lot of veins etc that can cause a person to bleed out extremely quickly, way quicker than getting shot in the arms.

In the common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg\skill.txt
You can change the parametres of damage that you can receive and make to the npcs and weapons and adjust the health of NPCS.

its fine to make this for your own preferences offcourse but i do have to ask why you even think its a problem when the characters die very quickly anyways. the hundred hp they have doesnt stack up all that long against most of the custom sweps that do like 40+ damage......oh well
