hey there was a version of the martini henry that was a shotgun , it looked the EXACT same just took 12 gauge shotgun shells , think they called it the greener shotgun , would be honestly amazing if we could have that ! :)

@tankengine888, I didn't use any mods to make the firing lines, I simply put the soldiers down in a line in the editor, then disabled their movement. I also made sure to have the first rank kneeling and learned that the front and rear lines need to be evenly spaced, otherwise the rear rank won't shoot. Basically, the ai won't fire over the heads of their own guys, for whatever reason, so the rear rank's soldiers need to be placed in between two kneeling soldiers in the front. Kind of like in a triangle pattern, if you catch my drift.

Couldn't really control the two ranks that way you described. I just let them fire at will, I don't think the ai in arma 3 takes too well to 19th century tactics lol.

I believe the Blood & Iron stuff is open source, and the devs of this mod can use their models of British soldiers, if they want. Would also be cool to have a version of these British soldiers in khaki uniforms.

Other than that, just want to say that this mod is fantastic, and I have been enjoying watching my firing lines mow down waves of enemies with a speed that seems to almost be that of automatic fire. Also really love that you included a khaki version of the helmets. The Martini-Henry is also very well done and I was very pleasantly surprised to see it had it's own reloading animation, even showing the lever come down, and the soldier put in a new cartridge. Definitely consider having the weapon drop shell casings, because unless I am mistaken, I think the rifle doesn't drop any.

Anyone found a scenario (MP or SP) which utilises this mod yet?

To let everyone know, (who seems new to arma3 to me). This is not a scenario. Check the mod type tags(top right). Go to your editor in game and find the units there along with your base game models. To find a server with a certain mod, try out A3 Launcher. It's alot better than the normal server browser
