Actually i think you need viv editor to extract the viv files first, inside will be a 3d file that needs converted to OBJ. tbh its been a while since i did nfs files

You have to convert them to OBJ format using zmodeler

Rae, when converting the civilian version of this car from NFS, what programs did you use? Because apparently those mods use ancient file types like .viv and .fce and I couldn't find a way to convert them either.

Yeah I've done that already, I think it might be because they're yellow and my lut is tinted yellow

They are taxis so they're supposed to be bright colors :) but if you have ultimate eyecandy mod you can turn the brightness down in the game because the standard lighting in this game is too bright anyway and does not look well with lighter color objects
