Best Master Chief mod! Better than the Splinks version! (Sorry Splinks)

I love using this with the L33T Speak Voice Pack (Arby n Chief)

No, this works perfectly fine on its own. Using Splinks' original at the same time will cause the mods to conflict.

Not a problem. I've had so many of my mods/textures blatantly stolen over the years that something small and harmless like this doesn't really bother me.
Just figured I'd let you know about permissions, as most folks will flip their lid over it.

Guys, I have asked Emperor Doom whether or not I can keep this up on the workshop, but I've not yet heard back from him. I will do what he wishes with this mod as soon as he contacts me about it.
