I asked a friend of mine to check if she shows up for him and she did, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Perhaps restarting Steam could help? Sometimes when you subscribe to something it won't download the models for whatever reason, so maybe it's that.

Have you tried resubscribing to the pack, restarting SFM/Steam, that sort of stuff?
