- Nerfed Juno and Vesta
Juno now cannot proc again for another 10 seconds.
Vesta now has a chance to be split shots and can only split into 4 tears.
- Added detection for Furtherance
- Updated EID and Encyclopedia descriptions
Vesta is a straight 50% damage increase. That alone is a huge benefit. Splitting the projectiles on top of that is basically another damage multiplier.
Think of it this way. If you do 10 damage with one tear and pick up vesta your damage goes to 15 but it also can potentially hit 12 times.. 12x15 jumps the damage to 180...
This is really overpowered.
And Juno permanently locks bosses. It should, in no way, be able to reapply its chain while bosses are already chained. Maybe make the cooldown on it 10s so there is 5s of downtime between chains. You might think this is too big a nerf but the thing is absurdly powerful right now.
Juno is way too powerful. Getting it is basically an instant win against all bosses.
Vesta causes so many projectiles on screen with certain combos that it makes incredible lag..
Solutions:
Juno has a 15s timer before it can activate its effect again.
Vesta should have a small chance to split and the number of split trars should be a hard 4. It breaks stuff having them split into up to 12...

I think: Pallas is 3 or 4; ceres is 2; Vesta is 4 or 3; Juno is 3; Chiron is 2; Ophiuchus is 1 or 2
to make tears with Ophiuchus move not like with wiggle worm, but with changing speed(fast - almost stopped - fast) and give it more stats up;
to make Chiron also somehow use tears with KO drops(because of sign)(maybe 100% to fire those or like immaculate heart);
to give Juno not 100% shielded tears, but chance to fire piercing(maybe even spectral) shilded tier(it won't be destroyed by other tiers). Maybe give 100% for fireing shilded tiers, but give chance of firing piercing(maybe even spectral) tear;
Vesta is cool... Maybe less strong strange attractor's effect for corners of aura?;
idk what to do with Ceres, but it needs changes;
to make tears' damage with Pallas scale not like "the more they traveled the less they damage" but more like "the closer Isaac the higher damage"
